Cooky has said there will be changes tomorrow night.
I wonder what he has in mind.
Nick Powell for one will be most likely rested but who will replace him? Roberts, Fulton, Perkins?
Cracker could be ready for a rest so that could be Walker or Colclough. Dan Burn could even be rested for Bruce and Grigg for Vaughan. James could also come in for Elder. Any of those should be good enough to overcome Oxford who will not be easy.16 April 2018 at 11:54 pm #168282Oxford are apparently ringing far more changes.
They see no chance of winning against us, so are going to put their efforts into winning on Saturday.
Tomorrow is a “free hit” for them they say, and may field youngsters.17 April 2018 at 12:02 am #168284Powell wasn’t fully fit and shouldn’t have played on Saturday so he will miss out. As for the rest Cookie knows whose goosed rather than us but I guess there will be starts for Colclough, Walker, Roberts and Vaughn. Possibly Reece James if he’s alive? Cole may even make the bench. Bit risky to make too many changes, never works!

Every point is critical now and with 3 tricky away games left we must win our home games at all cost.COYL
17 April 2018 at 12:20 pm #168288Starts for Vaughan, Colclough, Perkins and Roberts I reckon. Possibly Bruce, but that wouldn’t be mty first choice. That’s ringing the changes but still effectively first teamers, as they all play a part regularly coming on as subs.
18 April 2018 at 1:59 am #168293Hope the first choice are back for Fleetwood bar Colclough for Massey.
MOTM and substituted??? Would love to see him in position and Jacobs on the left where he’s been all season.18 April 2018 at 11:40 am #168312Who is the MOTM that was substituted?
18 April 2018 at 11:41 am #168314Morsy was MoM for me. Had one of his better games.

18 April 2018 at 1:57 pm #168321Morsy is so good at keeping hold of the ball & not losing it. Even when he receives a bad pass he keeps the ball & invariably lays a good pass off.

Arguably, to bring morsy back to the club was warren joyce’s best ever decision as latics manager.
