      Give him a northern accent and his ranting after a poor day for England could have sounded just like something you’d hear down the DW.

      Brilliant pundit and not a bad player either.

        I remember watching him rip Australia out at Headingly in 1981 after Botham had hit the ball to all parts of Yorkshire. A truly scary piece of fast bowling.

          Yes RIP Bob…

          I was 12 at the time but will always remember those 2 days at Headingley when the game was turned on it’s head.
