I know he scored today and i will probably get slaughterd for this but its time he was dropped instead of him turning up thinking his place is safe week in week out.Play him in the middle up front some say got his chance at brum and he was awfull. It said it all today when di santo was running in triangles trying to get the ball when he stopped and absolutley rail roaded rodney, and hes only been at the club 5mins
2 October 2010 at 11:19 pm #47867I completely agree aceface, he his not pulling his weight at the moment.
If he isn’t good enough then fair enough, but not putting in the effort and letting Di Santo do all the running is not on.
Time for Moses to have a start maybe.2 October 2010 at 11:21 pm #47870We said the same thing and also thought Figueroa needs to be dropped ! As for Rods goal was it not going in anyway ?

When fig got took off today Stam didnt look out of place at left back . Infact Alcaraz would do a good job in that posistion

3 October 2010 at 2:36 am #47908he not on his own either, fig not been pulling his weight for a long time.is it me or do we seem to struggle to break 10 man teams down, buzzin with the win, just a thought .
3 October 2010 at 1:31 pm #47938Now this is not a ‘dig’ at Martinez…..
………….however, can anyone please explain to me why he had Bosseli warming up for 10 minutes, stripped off for 10 minutes (with the usual “look at the pretty pictures in my book – next week I get to colour them in” briefing), stood on the touchline waiting to come on…then, next he was back on his arris, trackie on. Thought he was coming on for Rodders.
Did I miss something?

Probably because we scored.
3 October 2010 at 2:52 pm #47950Nah!
this all happened after Jordi’s goal and before Rodders scored…..
……in fact not long after Bosseli sat down Martinez brought on Diame (74th minute). :?

It’s the first time I’ve ever seen a sub, subbed before they actually get on the field.
Mr Bosselli was not a happy chappie as he donned his trackie back on, shaking his head constantly to the final whistle and not even raising a smile when we scored. At the final whistle he was first down the tunnel, face like he’d seen his own a_rse. :oFrom Matlock to ManU
