The frustration over the past few days has been a pain, as is the case on every Wigan Athletic transfer window checking the phone then internet then papers then teletext and surfing the web hoping something good will come. But as usual, it doesnt.
Fulham have signed Roma striker…..
Bolton have signed Arsenal midfielder….
Hull have signed Amr Zaki….
Birmigham…
Burnley…
Portsmouth… etc
At the top of that stood out:

But no, we end up with nobody.
Wouldnt you think if a striker was imminent, the Everton defence would be an ideal start. Cant play Tuesday if we do sign anyone.
As you have probably guessed, im fed up with the same story every transfer window.
Including the season we survived on goal difference, why is this season just so depressing? Is it the constant playing of 1 up front, the embaressing hammerings or is it just the realisation that we will not invest in the team no matter what. :( :( :( :( :(
