ravel morrison on loan rest of season thoughts on this one if it comes off
4 January 2017 at 5:43 pm #153750ravel morrison on loan rest of season thoughts on this one if it comes offThis was first rumoured about ten days ago so there might be something in it, especially with the Utd links.
It would appear to be a good signing if it happened, and now Joyce is in charge and not some of the past managers, we may even see him play before Easter.4 January 2017 at 8:09 pm #153754ravel morrison on loan rest of season thoughts on this one if it comes offHe’ll need a fookin Morrison’s trolley to carry the baggage that comes with him, he’s like a hot spud at a bommy and I dont mean the testicle kind
5 January 2017 at 1:43 pm #153766Told you all this two weeks ago. He’s been training with the club for the 3 weeks now to get fit. Could provide the spark we need if he’s fit and though he’s a gamble he’s a gamble we need to take.
5 January 2017 at 2:23 pm #153767Hopefully he will unravel the mess in midfield and give the forward some support.
5 January 2017 at 3:29 pm #153771In time honoured Latics tradition we will faff about as usual taking forever to get a deal done and lose him to a better offer. Please Sharpey just do it lad.
5 January 2017 at 3:37 pm #153773Every report I’ve read has said he’s training with us. It’s the Italian mid season break. Have we expressed an interest in signing him? I’ve never seen it. Him and Joyce know each other from old and maybe he trusts Joyce to keep him in shape. If he doesn’t sign for us it doesn’t mean we’ve faffed about. It might never have been on the agenda as far as we know. It looks like people are going to use this as another stick to beat the club with if he doesn’t sign for us.

It has been rumoured amongst fans that Ravel has/has not been training with us. We are/are not interested in giving him a deal.
Simple.5 January 2017 at 4:24 pm #153776The club doesnt have to tell you anything. Most don’t. Its a business afterall.

It’s called “commercial in confidence”.5 January 2017 at 4:49 pm #153781But thats all crap as you know. A football team is a little more than a mere business. But if you take away those people who fund the business and keep it going (the fans) what are you left with? A sports club has every obligation to keep its fans, benefactors, shareholders, people who pay money in the loop unless it comprimises business or revenue.

As usual, on transfer deadline day Facebok will be littered with comments from people convinced the club sit around for a month and then suddenly realise what time it is and jump into action to try and sort something out before the window closes.

But if you take away those people who fund the business and keep it going (the fans) what are you left with? A sports club has every obligation to keep its fans, benefactors, shareholders, people who pay money in the loop unless it comprimises business or revenue. And divulging business activities that it would rather keep quiet from competitors until they’re finalised is compromising its business.
5 January 2017 at 5:12 pm #153785Why would we even want this fella. He’s a bad apple that is over hyped & over rated… Steer clear for me.
5 January 2017 at 5:50 pm #153789It wouldn’t be business like to say that.
