Just done the BBC Predictor again.
Not good. Relegated by a point, but what do I know, hey?

I have redone my predictions but on the BBC Predictor ! Hold your hand up and say sorry !![/quote] I came to my senses re Man Utd game and my head got the better of my heart !!
i used that BBC predictor thingy & thought I was being quite pessimistic/realistic with Latics results with only 1 more win between now & the end of the season:
Chelsea – Lose
United – Lose
Arsenal – Lose
Fulham – draw
Newcastle – Draw
Blackburn – Draw
Wolves – winHowever I must have been even more pessimistic about the chances of some of the other teams coz that points haul would be keeping us up with 34 points & in 16th position with Wolves (23 points), QPR (30) & Bolton (32) going down with Blackburn staying up on goal difference

I’m going to stick with my remaining predictions, got the first 2 the wrong way round, but still 3 points that weren’t expected, so I’m on track for my total.
I think 39 points see’s us safe, in fact I think the win at Blackburn will see us safe, and I’ll still stand by my prediction a couple of weeks ago that Villa will go down, it is more than feasible that they will draw a couple and lose three, and that could well see them gone!!

goodpost With you on the Villa theory they are in the mix without a doubt especially as they have got to play Bolton.
Hope it doesnt go to the last two games though -cant cope with that again after last year.
Lets hope the rawverrrrrs game is meaningless like the Hull one was a couple of years back.Really think we’ll struggle to guarantee it before the Blackburn game, even if we did quite well. But I think that is THE game, i really do think that we’ll go into the last game in party mood!
Granted, villa will have to pick up little to no points to go down, but I think that’s a possibility.
And it might mean QPR getting something at citeh last game of season, but there is always a crazy result, I just hope we’re not in the mix on the last day, be good to beat rovers, stay up and send them down!
