An undoubted talent, but how the hell does he not get booked for diving, swearing at the ref, pushing and provoking players and generally being a big girls blouse.
Quite funny that it was his moving that left the gap in the wall that let Stoke go 2-1 up though. Cheating b’stard Green was trying to claim the ball never crossed the line even though it was 4 foot over (a la Carol)

Because the eastend mafia boss don brooking is on the f.a and will if have told the ref not to book him or he will find an eels head on his pillow
Saw the game today and I made quite a poignant comment regarding the sport of football.
It’s the only sport which allows cheating and ill mannered behaviour. I made a statement to a friend at the Soccerdome that I could list more than one dive etc per weekend and report back on the Monday. I managed this weekly with no problem.
This game is seriously wrong and having taken the step back 4-5 years ago allows me to see this in a clear light, not a dimmed view with an allegiance which dilutes judgement.
My blood boils every time his name is mentioned, his cheating got Cattermole sent off, since then he deserves no respect.
His constant whinging, asking for cards and diving about has totally clouded his ability now
Remember him in so called agony wearing an oxygen mask for the “pain”. Cattermole walks and he’s running round like a spring chicken 5 mins later. No respect at all can’t stand him.
My memory’s hazy, but didn’t he turn us down a few years back? For that reason, he’ll never be forgiven. But what’s worse is the way Hansen constantly bangs on about him on MOTD – “Scotty Parker this, Scotty Parker that, Scotty Parker will keep the cheats up single handed because Lord Brooking has arranged it”. etc etc
…and his hair is shocking. Give him a pencil moustache and stick him in a blue RAF uniform, and you’ve got a dead ringer for one of the cast of ‘Reach For The Skies’.
