Is it true we have no scouting system in place ? not a one, surely this should be made priority over everything especially with the transfer embargo is in place, it gives us time to get it right
Yes CW, you are correct.
Meanwhile all the other clubs scouts are sniffing around our best prospects; leaving us with what ?Considering were under a transfer embargo it would have been the perfect time to put a scouting team together.
They could have sorted it and a plan of action especially as freebies lower league players been the order of the day.When this transfer embargo’s lifted I’m pretty sure in saying Danson won’t be flaunting the wallet we’ll need a good scouting team with their ear to the ground.
I bet the managers like when your at work and they get rid of the guy beside you and your asked to pick up the pieces and do the job of two.
A good scout team can make or break any team, having none and little money is a recipe for disaster
