8.30pm finish on Saturday, wtf do you do?
I had been on a 12 hour shift horc. I work with people with learning disabilities, which is a 24/7 kind of job.
That can be a tough job I bet, but very rewarding. 12 hour shifts are tough in any job.
12 hour shifts, in my industry a normal day is 13 hours and even better those nice European types very kindly amended the rules so I am allowed to work 15 hours a day 3 times a week. Nice of them isn’t it.
Will your hours revert back and improve once we kick the EU in to touch? Making people do 15 hour shifts especially driving a dirty great truck is irresponsible and should be stopped.
1 August 2017 at 10:15 pm #160893I’ve had a,season ticket since 1982 but this year is the first time I’ve been 50/50 whether me and my lads renewed them.
The more and more the board get it so wrong on every level the more I can’t be arsed. Last season was as bad as it gets so I thought “Well, it can’t get any worse” and so far it seems more and more likely that all the contracted players are to leave or set to leave only to be replaced with cheaper easy to get rid of loan players. I’m beginning to wonder if I’ve made the right choice by renewing.
One more season like last and that’s it for me, I’ll do as the majority I’ve spoken to have done, don’t renew and pick your games.
Good riddance then if you do chuck the towel in, the club does not need supporters like you. I guess your user name says it all really.
They def need fookin empty heads like you :) happy clapper, that’s if you can make both hands meet
What i have done throughout my time watching the tics, is accept the club for what it is. A small town club that is surrounded in one of the worst catchment areas a football club could be. A club where its own townsfolk would rather support a big fish as opposed to its own town team. And, a club who has ALWAYS punched above its weight, regardless of what division we are in.
If that does indeed make myself a happy clapper, then i am more than happy to be considered as one ;)

1 August 2017 at 10:49 pm #160899If I win a massive Euro millions lottery I’d buy the club and you lot could be on the board we would never agree on anything but it would be fun, see you all in the Keynes on Saturday.

442. 18 friendlies and an 11 man squad.
1 August 2017 at 11:03 pm #160902No no no formation would be 4 6 1 but Donny could be manager.

1 August 2017 at 11:47 pm #160906They def need fookin empty heads like you :) happy clapper, that’s if you can make both hands meetAsk the club, ask the players, ask other fans, including many on here – what would you prefer? Happy clappers with optimism and enthusiasm, or empty seats?
I’d like to bet I know the answer.
If you don’t want to come, then no problem. Don’t.
But really, really, don’t claim to be a long-standing, ‘I went to Great Harwood in 1905’, ‘I remember when Harry Lyon took off his left boot and scored a goal in his socks’, or whatever, supporter.
You are as fickle as a JCL, maybe less so as many of thos4e are still here.Just go and support whoever you want. But remember to shut the door behind you.
1 August 2017 at 11:49 pm #160907I see on the official page that over 1000 tickets sold for MK Dons, but nothing seems to have been said about how many ST’s have been sold. Is it normal not to announce it, or is it only announced after the first home game?
– and no I don’t have a ST, and haven’t for years as I work 1 in 3 weekends.
1 August 2017 at 11:57 pm #160908Season Tickets have arrived today.

I get 1 weekend off in 3 too, but this years fixtures have been kind to me personally – especially the 2nd half of the season.
