I haven’t renewed and no intentions until Danson and his cronies go.
Some of the lads over on Vital have received theirs in the past week or so, I’d chase it up with the ticket office if I were you.

Rang,apparently digital ones yet to be issued and the last batch of cards went out yesterday. I fully understand your reasons for not renewing as I too think the sooner the owner sells up (hopefully to someone with integrity and ambition) the better. Thought about firing them off myself but taking my 2 rapidly growing grandchildren to home games and quite a few away would be spoiling it for them. They are the next generation supporters and I’m enjoying taking them . I certainly wouldn’t hurl criticism at anyone who takes your stance……the club really is treading water under them.
Told Tuesday last batch went out Monday……must have no stamps on mines cos Thursday and not here. Give em till tomorrow then another call. Postage cutbacks??
Mine came today. Glad Ive got it.
I actually think we will be something of a surprise package this season, and GC will get us actually overachieving. I just have a feeling.

Whole club feels like an asset stripped shell from the on the pitch activity to admin. Rang Friday about season tickets told again last ones shipped Monday. Was told they should be with me ,give it till yesterday. Yep,no season tickets. 6 days to season…..what a shambles.
Still not arrived. Rang again, assured me they’ve all gone out. The digital ones apparently rolled out this week…….don’t hold you breath!!. Was told to go down and they’ll reprint new cards which will make the original ones void if they ever arrive. Sums up the whole Wigan Athletic fiasco. Bought them in May now 5 days before season neither got the 2 cards or my grandaughers digital one……Shit show yet again. This CEO needs to sorts us out ASAP as we are a laughing stock.

The first signs of trouble in any business is the constant turn over/getting rid of staff.
Good, well run reliable businesses tend to have more of a loyal relativity happier staff were as Latics flip staff faster than a game of pitch n toss.
The clubs gone to the dogs for me. It’s not just one thing it’s a combo of smaller things when all wrapped together turns us into a sh*tshow.
But the main one,
On field, you only had to look at that performance Saturday. Yes there was a big improvement 2nd half but Cambridge at 3-0 didn’t need to and nearly paid the price.
This season will be about uniting galvanising the squad till next year when we start uniting galvanising a new squad.
I was under the impression since Danson took over this would be the season we’d push for promotion but the truth is, we’re actually further away from the day he took over.
It’s just a crying shame we have an owner who doesn’t wanna own us which proves one thing and one thing only,
He wanted the stadium.
The other remark made my stomach churn that, Danson wouldn’t mind keeping a 25% share if sold.
So basically he wants someone to take over,
Invest time energy and money then if we were to ever achieve the golden heights of the Prem he could gleefully sit back rubbing his hands reaping the awards then no doubt sell his shares.
Any potential new owners need to buy and buy him out he’s keeping us alive thank you but he offers no cure to the slow demise of “our” club.
Bet he won’t show his face on Saturday.
At least with Mr Whelan you always knew what you were getting. I remember the day that they cleared the car park at Leicester city fo cr the arrival of Mr Whelan in his helicopter. On many occasions away, he would always approach the Latics fans before the match; thank us for turning out and ask about the quality of the away pies ! Proper CEO !
That’s why I smile whenever I pass his statue,and to think he was shredded by the media over his ” chingaling” comment. Wasn’t he also suspended ?. The press were loving it ,hoping everytime he opened his mouth he’d did a bigger hole. My dear mum days before she passed away in the infirmary commented to me that the brownie doctor was lovely…….didn’t have a bad bone but these press and woke creeps would have persecuted her. Wasn’t it serial drink driver car crash Clark Carlisle who made it his goal to stick the knife into Whelan whenever he could. Perfect? No……..Legeto me ? Absof######lutely!!!!…..What a difference to Ebenezer!!!
