can somebody please tell me why its so hard to renew online.i have just spent two hours trying and still cant do it :evil:
Did mine weeks ago with no problem.
Maybe leaving it late right up to the “guarantee own seats” deadline until they go on open sale (at higher price) on Monday has caused the problems?
Just renewed mine and my daughters during the half time break in the Spain v France match. So easy and I am not talking about the Spanish.

The thing about the cut-off point is that from Monday the tickets go on open sale at “Early Bird” prices instead of “renewal” prices. Anyone can buy a ticket anywhere from then, and to be honest that’s what the club wants – new blood. They have been fair in giving existing season tickets a chance to get their tickets at a reduced price, but that has to end somewhere.
From 30 July they then go on sale at full price.
Renewed no problem the other night and no charge for using my credit card!

A couple of minutes tops.
I think the club deserve a pat on the back this year. We actually had the new kit on sale on the last game of last season, it’s usually a Christmas present. And the season tickets will all be sorted well before the first game of the season, how many have been sweating the week of the first home game and no season ticket??? Well done Wigan Athletic.

Just tried to renew 4 season tickets and my seats are unavailable!That’s good news, that means 4 more have been bought than last year, as long as you buy 4 elsewhere of course.
Why didn’t you renew before saturday, you have had had long enough so you can’t complain really.
Managed to get mine this morning same seat too. I was thinking you had to be pretty unlucky to loose your seat. You must of broke a mirror landgate
