I think 22k for us is fine, we only took about 20k to last years semi.
How many season ticket holders are there this season?
Between 9 & 10k at a guess. Hence the guarantee of 2 tickets per ST holder…still be 4-5k min left over for general sale.
I can’t go on Sunday next week anyway due to family commitments….so quite happy to log on Monday 9am B)
What’s the plans for where to sit for those who’ve been to all 3 visits? Do you stay in the same area or move around the ground? We’ve been in 105 (Semi), 503 (final), 103 (CS). 541 also on “another visit” last year…
Quite fancy the upper tier behind the goal this time…[/quote]
Went upper tier for both semi & final last year, great view, no complaints. Will go for the upper again this time, hence the dilemma to queue on first day or not.
16 March 2014 at 5:29 pm #128750Can anyone confirm whether internet ticket ordering makes it possible to select blocks/seats ?
Last year Semi Finals were bought by my sister in law on line and apparently she was only able to select price category…..hence we ended up low down and pissed wet through….although winning the SF obviously made up for that somewhat :)
So I queued up for the final tickets on the first Sunday morning….was there all day and got better but not ideal seats…..and I was subsequently told that internet orders were able to select their seats ! (I was well brassed off !)
Anyroad…..same script this year or what ?…..anyone know ?
17 March 2014 at 12:32 pm #128759From what I remember last year, buying them over the net didn’t let you select a seat as such. I rang up and got exactly where I wanted, so I’ll do the same Monday.
Do you think they’ll let me buy 2 adults plus a concessions on one ST?17 March 2014 at 1:23 pm #128760I’m hoping to buy three too – and I’d like three seats together! I may have to get two at first and ask for the third when they go on open sale.
We haven’t got three records of purchasing seats but we did all go together last time.
There should be enough tickets to meet the demand – there were last year. Tell us how you get on.
17 March 2014 at 4:40 pm #128764From what I gather from reading the ticket sales schedule, it sounds like the ticket office are giving priority to those that queue up and wait.
If there is a queue outside the ticket office the phones and the online sale portal will be switched off. So it could be Tuesday or Wednesday before you will be able to by via those methods.
It also says that it is 2 per season ticket, so I can’t see them veering away from that either.
FA Cup Winners 2013, sounds good that

Jayt I also thought that when I first read it, but having checked it again, the priority for ticket office callers, only applies when they go on general sale, not from Monday. There is a double asterix with reference to general sale mate. B)
From Matlock to ManU

Maybe the priority is for the supports club only ;)
