Some say he certainly gave full bore !It would be interesting to see the mileage that Perkins and Jacobs cover each game, I bet I don’t go that far on mi summer holiday. :S

I think the general rant is players past their best getting decent contracts when there is talent elsewhere they could get if they took a chance, available for less money. Similar to what we did with the Hondurans etc
Its America though and they want a name or a player from the EPL etc
I watch the MLS when it’s on as it’s entertaining, the defending is schoolboy and the goals are good. At the end of the day they’re pandering to the general American market rather than what the supporters of the clubs want.

There were plenty comments about him this time last year at Latics and many were glad to see the back of him and others with their Billy Big Bo;;ocks attitudes.
Shows how far we have fallen when the big hero is david Perkins but after the awful year of home form a win against Scunthorpe feels like a win against Man Utd!
