The day before arguably the biggest game of the season in terms of what defeat means for either side and we still don’t know how the manager’s op went and whether or not he’ll be in the dugout tomorrow. No comment on who has taken training. No well-wishes from anyone. Complete radio silence.
The lack of any comment from the club on the manager’s health is becoming quite North-Korea-esq!
3 March 2017 at 1:01 pm #156206Yes the silence is disturbing and adds to the rumours about the manager’s future.
The club must be aware of all the speculation this week on here and “elsewhere”, significantly fuelled by their own announcement on Monday.
Obvioulsy we respect the manager’s privacy and no one is asking to see his medical records! With a vital game coming up and the event called off on Wednesday, it’s hardly unreasonable for people to be asking about Yootha’s well being.
So why no message from the club along the lines of “Yootha’s fine now and thanks all (5 of) his loyal followers for the get well messages/cards/flowers/grapes. He will take charge of the team on Saturday as usual and continues to enjoy the full backing of the Chairman”
3 March 2017 at 2:05 pm #156210They can’t say that because it would be all lies! So better to say nothing.

My money’s on him experiencing a severely dropped bollock.

BREAKING NEWS from Euxton…Warren Joyce not at training again today, hoping to be at Blackburn. Graham Barrow & Andy Welsh in charge, they are ‘fully communicating with Warren Joyce regarding team selection and tactics’
Graham Barrow: “I’ve been here before. They just wheel me out of the cupboard every now and then when they need me.”Paul Kendrick @PKendrickWIG 5m

Graham Barrow: “I’ve spoken to Warren this morning. I can’t go into too much detail but it’s as serious as any health issue can be.” #wafcFA Cup Winners 2013, sounds good that
3 March 2017 at 2:33 pm #156220So its serious but he only had a minor operation? Not making much sense all this!
Fuck the EFL
3 March 2017 at 2:35 pm #156221So its serious but he only had a minor operation? Not making much sense all this! You really are a tool aren’t you. It’s not rare for a minor procedure to uncover a more serious issue.
Edit – language removed. No need.

You really are a tool aren’t you (apologies mods!). It’s not rare for a minor procedure to uncover a more serious issue.
Ban him Jason, JammyC got banned for a lot less than that last week!
Fuck the EFL
3 March 2017 at 2:47 pm #156223Ban him Jason, JammyC got banned for a lot less than that last week!No he didn’t
3 March 2017 at 2:53 pm #156225The silence from the club is a worry but then again if this is a medical issue and not the rumours that have been jumped upon then it isn’t something that Warren Joyce will want plastering all over the net.
3 March 2017 at 3:07 pm #156229Ban him Jason, JammyC got banned for a lot less than that last week!
No he didn’t
Yes he did, double standards again!
Fuck the EFL
3 March 2017 at 3:08 pm #156230Yes he did, double standards again!No…..he didn’t. He was banned for several reasons but that has nothing to do with anyone else.
3 March 2017 at 3:16 pm #156231Health always comes 1st so whatever medical issues Warren Joyce has then I for one wish him a speedy recovery. As far as Saturday it will still be him team selections so can’t do any more than get behind the team and hope we can get the 3 points.Work in Blackburn and consensus after their defeat of Derby was they were poor ,lacked quality but dug in and ground a win out.
