Just got in, wow what a day! fantastic support, fantastic performance too. Bit of a hairy walk back to Wembley Central and ride back to Kings Cross though, amongst the ‘Wall idiots.

Still, cannot wait for May 11th…COME ON YOU LATICS!!!

          Just got in.

Shattered, knackered, but so very proud. Proud of the players, manager, and staff, and also Latics supporters. Yes, there were empty seats. Who cares? We won!

Two belting goals too. Shaun took that great ball from Kone right on the volley. Brilliant. And Callum fully deserved that goal. Ran them ragged and I bet he will wake up tomorrow wondering if he dreamed it all. What? Taking the ball around the keeper and scoring at Wembley? That’s boys own stuff. He’s done it, at 21 years of age.

Millwall? Never really in the game. And their fans? No, im not going to lay into them. It was a minority. I heard the majority booing their actions. We met one on car park. Shook our hands and said “well done”. Fair play. We just said “unlucky mate”.

          Brilliant.

Wow just got in and sat here having 2 large pies to celebrate what has to be my proudest moment as a tics fan in my 28 years of supporting them. I still feel it’s a bit surely cos we seem to always fall short but hey ho silver lining cos sky’s are blue baby.

Agree not the true fans, those we encountered though, both too and from Wembley were not excatly the nicest people you’d choose to meet. As I’ve stated before we, as a family have the generic ‘Cockeney’accent but as much as we wanted to celebrate, amongst the nethrandels even we kept our gobs closed. Which for our family made a very muted journey back to Bedfordshire. When all of us really wanted to do was shout from the roof tops that we had reached our first FA Cup final!!!Their fans (some of) regardless, bring their team down to the lowest level …Ban the club from the FA cup for a season…that would hopefully send out a message.

i’m man enough to admit that i did shed a little tear when the final whistle went……..not ashamed of that at all…………MY LITTLE NORTHERN WORKING CLASS TOWN CLUB IS IN THE OWD UEFA CUP AND FA CUP FINAL……….CAN’T FOOOOOOKIN BELIEVE IT

We’re not in the Europa League/UEFA Cup yet – Chelsea can still mess it up for us.

Best result today would be a City win (or barring that that we win the Cup anyway)

top day yesterday, up there with the best, sat near segregation in top tier where they come out, got a bit lively there too, you wait all these years for a good cup run and you only go and get to the bloody final, well done lads.

I was in that block yesterday. It started off as a bit of baiting between the two sets of fans. Then we were descended upon by lads more interested in aggrevating the Millwall fans rather than watching the game. One bloke at half-time took himself and his two young kids to another area to get away from it. I’m all for having a few scoops before the game but some of those involved could hardly stand up.
