Puzzled me why the chubby’s organised a ( Big One 2 ).
Great news as Wigan only have 1,200 left. It’s looking as though there will 23K+ there on Friday which will be the highest attendance at the DW this year for any game, RL or football.
22,113 is the figure to beat(Wigan Athletics highest attendance for the 2009 – 2010 season)

There seem to be a few on here that are completely obsessed with all matters Rugby and seek to make a negative out of anything the club do. You appear to be one of the most obsessed. Do you not have a life between May and September?

You do wonder why the rugby always talk about averaging 20k whenever they plays St Helens or Warrington.
Do they not realise the numerous 12k attendances also count towards the average?

You talk about obsessed but there is a 35+ page thread on there talking about crowds and on nearly every page some dimwit is slagging off Latics, as if the only thing that matters in the world is that they get a bigger crowd than we have this season.
Indeed one of the people crowing on there about the crowd being bigger than ours is a poster off here called Rogues Gallery. Aren’t we snidey, sucking up to us on here and then going running off to your mates for a pat on the back?
I don’t bleat I deal in facts pal – the fact is that this site has recently become a home for bleating rugby fans trying to make a issue of the fact some Latics fans hate the rugby. If you knew your history you would understand exactly why many Latics fans don’t like Wiggin Rugby as they spent most of the 80s and 90s trying to put Latics out of business. I don’t like bullies personally, neither do many of the others who were around at the time.

I just don’t particularly like football, it bores me. The recent World Cup was the most over-hyped competition ever IMO. I have friends who are/were Latics season ticket holders. The man who sits next to me at the rugby has been a Latics and Wigan Rugby season ticket holder for many years.

Well done to the Wigan RL marketing team for their efforts on Friday, it’s just a pity that the team didn’t do them justice in what was another great advert for the game of Rugby League.

I have struggled ( although admittedly have more important things to do than search ) to find any footage on youtube of Wigan Athletic fans uploading especially photoshopped video edited propoganda of Wigan Athletic fans saying offensive things ( repeatedly ) about Wiggin Rugby.
But just remember WE are the bitter ones and We are irrelevant to them :roll:

Absolutely stunned. Though I have come to the conclusion recently that THEY are more bitter and twisted about it all, and this just confirms it.
Perhaps we should take the fact that somebody has gone to the bother of thinking up such a song, as a compliment, and a confirmation of our importance and relevance.
