It was good to see young Mr Fyvie having a good touch and being confident enough to make himself available for the ball…
Danny Redmond also looked a good prospect, pity he had to go in when it got dark though.
Mr Dicko also looked strong and eager for the small amount of time we saw him. Surely Mr Whelan could afford to give him a pair of shorts that fit.
We needed a bit more from the more senior players on the pitch but it wasnt to be.
Bournemouth were always going to be a good well orgainised team, their run of form clearly shows this. But our young team did quite well against them.
I hope Bob will risk a few more senior players next time out at Bournemouth, and then maybe go back to the young uns to try and beat Maccelsfield and get past that elusive FA cup 4th round jinx we seem to have.
A few tough decisions for Bob to make…survival is the main aim, but a nice cup run might be good for morale, for the team and the fans.
Thought Fyvie was poor, as he was against Bradford. Redmond is a midget and won’t cut it. Dicko didn’t have enough time to comment on but he’s only ever been used as a sub at Blackpool ffs.
The only ‘new’ player worth mentioning was Golobart, thought he was immense and I have no idea why RM would leave it so long to play him, when he’s tried the world of rat shite out of position in his position in the past.
Apart from him, the first teamers stood out a mile and frankly our reserves aren’t good enough to play for the reserves.Pollit, coaching only, why bother with him when we’ve got Lee Nicholls and RM likes giving the youth a chance, supposedly? Idiotic. Northampton fans raved about his loan spell and wanted a whip round to try and sign him.
Even our mascots are cack wtf are they? Get a sammy seal back or a feckin Heinz beans tin with arms and after they’ve finished mascotting they can have a game instead of Staam, McManaman, Boselli, Pollitt, Fyvie, Redmond…..
