I tried to get the London Latics to sing this with me 6-7 years ago when Boycie first joined us and got the pre-season tour nickname of Marlene. Never caught on – not sure why ;) – though after his recent cup heroics and upcoming London opposition it feels apt.
To the tune of the chorus of Hooky Street, the song that closes Only Fools & Horses:
God bless Boycie’s feet
Viva Boycie’s feet
C’est* magnifique Boycie’s feet
Magnifique Boycie’s feeeeet
Boycie’s feeeeet*by rights it should really be “ce sont magnifiques”, but I suspect that grammatical subtlety would be lost to most of the DW faithful…
