What a coach the lad has become. England are fricknln at present and its the kids who GS has always believed in who are making the headlines. He is mugging off the likes of Sarri playing Hudson Odoi when he can’t even get a start for Chelsea. We have a fantastic future under Southgate as long as he is England coach. How long before the vultures are circling.
Yep currently we are superb. I was not impressed when he was first appointed, and still a bit sceptical last summer, but Southgate has got England flying.
Now if by some bizarre twist Southgate became Latics manager, how long would he last?
These are great times for England, after years of frustration and under performance.
