What stadiums, anywhere in the world, are on your bucket list to actually watch a game at.
My list – in no particular order
1 Nou Camp
2 Bernabeu
3 Turin
4 Union Berlin (saw the ground when I was in Berlin, but no game on)
5 Dynamo Berlin (ditto)
6 Nepstadion, Budapest
7 Maracana (although not completely sure about this now)
8 Braga
Real Madrid (done the stadium tour, not been to match)
Barcelona
Bayern Munich (Allianz arena looks well impressive
Benfica (been past the Stadium of Light, not been in!)
Rangers (preferably back in their rightful league!)
If you didn’t support Cambridge United or Gosport Borough, then the FA Trophy Final at Wembley – attendance 18,120 – may not have had a great atmosphere.
The Superclasico – River Plate v Boca Juniors – is renowned for its passion and violence.
Incidentally, Boca fans refer to River Plate supporters as gallinas (chickens). Who might qualify for that name nearer home?
