What a FUCKING joke the stewards and police are.Villa score there 1st goal i get a knee in the back to which i turn round to a load of villa fans, the stewrds then move in to which i think is to evict them, but to my amazement watch them put into the villa end.I pull one of the head stewards up and ask him what the hell is going on,if we would have gone in an away end at any ground we would have been thrown out,he gave me sum smart arse answear;dont ask me what because i cant remember but i saw red,i asked him you have been trained to health and safety standards,he said yes, so i said why are you putting fans into an end that is sold out when they have bought tickets for the wigan end, havent you heard of hillsborough to which a copper moved in and said if i didnt calm down i would be thrown out.I hope the people who sold these tickets are found by the club and banned for life

One aspect that I thought was bad occurred before the game. At the corner of the East stand where the kids warm up club was a group of middle aged villa fans decided to try and storm the corner gates.

2 police stood watching and the stewards just closed the doors. There were loads of kids and families there having fun and getting there faces painted. Then the group of around 20 villa fans just walked past laughing.

I think when the clocks went back the other month certain groups of people forgot they didn’t go back 20 years.

Never mind the stewards i thought the vile fans were a disgrace today along with some of our morons which ran on the pitch at the end only through the police being clued up could of been like last seasons fiasco

Our stewards have always been pathetic with away fans in the home end. It was a terrible showing by them letting all the Villa fans in to their end.

I agree PSKL. I had hoped that today would have been a celebration of the past 8 years in the prem and villa continuing there journey a happy atmosphere. Instead there was fighting in the stadium. ES3 and ES6 with away supporters who from there eviction had a single objective .

Im also not a fan of the new #noPyroNoParty trend that has started. I like to see the game and not be choking on the stink of the things.

Then the pitch invasion. How many years do we need to continue with this for ? Im proud for the FA cup and our run but im not going to run on the pitch.

I think the stewards, especially the fire steward, should be praised for their heroics in the way they handled the smoke bomb incident in the first half. I’d like to know how many other clubs would have had the foresight to ensure a bucket of sand was on hand to deal with such a potentially life threatening incident.

Didn’t realise these bell ends were then allowed into the away end, not quite sure what precedent this sets should a similar situation happen again. No problem anyone sitting in what end they like, however sit down and keep your mouth shut otherwise should be evicted.

I was walking back to the car (nr Aldi) with my 2yo lad and all I could hear behind was effing and blinding. So I turned round and asked them to watch their language. This 18yo paper thin w@nker tells me he won’t mind his language. Bit of toing and frowing and then this mon tells me he can have 10 of ‘his boys’ there to sort me out. So I laughed and asked him to make the phone call and me and the little un will take them all on.
His mate started pulling him away after I told him I was going to stick my lads Wembley flag through his ears.

Must be the way the homeboys roll round Brum, threatening behaviour towards a dad and his 2yo kid.

There were two foul-mouthed Wigan louts sitting directly behind me at Wembley.

Despite the many families present, they swore loudly all the way through the afternoon – including during Abide with Me.

They showed no respect for those who wanted to remember it is a great occasion.
