That keeper? Jeez…..get him fired off. He is a bloody liability. I wonder what it was what made Everton fire him off after an hour of his trial with them? (I watched Everton train once, and they were firing loads of crosses in for the keeper to catch. I bet yon mon was punching the ball! :o )
What has happened to Richard Kingson? I had doubts about him, but compared to the Serb, he’s like Gordon Banks. Pollitt, with or without Zimmer frame, would have been a better bet. Bloody Scharner in net, would have been! Never again should that absolute liability wear our shirt. Got him on loan from Sporting? Sporting what? Sporting Chance? F*ck me!First 45 mins we were magnificent. Had most of the play, and looked neat and tidy. No grumble with Martinez. He knew, as well as we did, that the game was lost, when he made those subs. No criticism can be aimed at him.
A sh*t ref, and a disaster of a keeper lost us that game. City didn’t win it. We, or rather our keeper, lost it.
To be honest SW… I completely agree with all of the statement you made. I retract my statement and think that I put it for the pure fact that I was very p*ssed off. Also I would have like to see a goal and after the subs we had no chance …. For the record I believe the subs made sense and have no problem with the decision to make them :geek:No problems James, I guessed it was down to mid-game emotion!
