Humberto Suazo’s return to Monterrey has been successful on the court, but controversial abroad. Now involved in an incident with a photographer, who swore by taking pictures while walking without taking into account the requests for autographs by fans.
According to published the Mexican newspaper El Porvenir, yesterday more than 150 fans came to the training and about 40 made it to the edge of the dressing room. The “Pacifier” was one of the last to leave and first tried to avoid people, but it was impossible, so a row asked to sign autographs. That is until they pushed him, which bothered him and made to leave.
But after climbing into his truck he asked one of the photographers at the scene: “Are you going to take a picture where I go without stopping to people?”. The photographer said “it’s my job.” Then, as published by the Mexican environment, Suazo told him “you’re a child of p. .., starved, tomorrow I will talk to the press and say you’re a child of p. ..”.
Hijo de puta (literally “son of a whore”) is the Spanish equivalent of “son of a bitch” in English. The use of puta as “bitch” has led to its use as slang for the word “bitch” in the United States by people of immigrant backgrounds.
