I’d snap their hands off if it’s true. He’s a good keeper, but you could get a good replacement in for considerably less.
I would snap there hands off too.. As much as I like Kirky and he as done really well for us, I would sell for £5m we can buy just as good for much less even loan someone like Ben Foster till end of season.

Even though I know you’ll discount all of these outright, three names I’ll suggest are Asmir Begovic (Portsmouth), Alan McGregor (Rangers), and David Marshall (Cardiff).
Keiren Westwood seems to be highly rated and getting good reports for Coventry. I honestly don’t see what the fuss is about with Kirkland, when he does make one of his great reaction saves he struggles for the next ten mnutes, followed by whincing after every kick.
he is cack at bossing the penalty box and defenders. He gets blocked and rarely reaches the ball for corners or crosses and in a physical 1 on 1 he always comes off 2nd best.
Great at shot stopping but I would prefer someone who doesnt flinch when faced with a forward racing for the ball.

I loved Filan he was superb for us but to say he was better than Kirkland is utter rubbish.
