Although I had to laugh at the tinted glasses in this article… I would take their view on our chances

FA Cup Winners 2013, sounds good that

Its an article showing Paddy Power odds for promotion, most of which are way to stingy to even contemplate a flutter.

7-1 for back to back promotion is ridiculous (as is 10-1). Prior to signing Patrick Roberts, I’d have taken 4th bottom. Now I’d be happy with 6th bottom, and anything else is a bonus.

It took Forest 21 years to get back to the top flight – I’d be chuffed if it were half that.

I think both teams would take mid table mediocrity for a couple of seasons, not getting relegated is the first goal, after that we can think about future seasons.

Sold 654,764 season tickets and another 452,101 on waiting list so bound to win the league, never mind go up.

Cant see how the teams coming from the premier league can fail with those massive budgets they have although have my doubts about Burnley with that money they allegedly have to pay.
Sunderland might be a dark horse in my opinion , was impressed with their team last season especially the second stringers who outclassed us here in the league cup last September. The positive bounce might work in their favour but it is very rare we see teams move straight through after league 1 promotion these days.
I will take fourth bottom right now for the Tics and build from there with a sound youth policy etc and prudent signings and a sensible sustainable wage bill if that is possible. We perhaps have been promoted ahead of schedule but i have faith in the management and want the club to stay with them.
