i was away on holiday last week so was unable to go and watch this game so i have a few questions for anyone who went
1. didnt swansea play a reserve team (i read in a newspaper that this upset a few of their fans who made the journey)
2. didnt martinez also make a few changes from the team that drew with bolton on saturday.
3. was it a very hard physical game (again i read in the same newspaper the first half was very technical-slow build up lots of passing from both sides, but the second half livened up slightly)
4.was it played tuesday 4 full days before the fulham game
5.didnt swansea travel away on saturday to london after a 500 + mile midweek round trip to wigan- (oh i nearly forgot to add and won 3-0 as well)
6.has anyone read this match report or saw any post match interviews on saturday
[link2:34qag76z]scroll down to the last paragraph,http://www.dailystar.co.uk/football/view/160881/Fulham-2-Wigan-1-Bargain-hunter-Sparky/?%5B/link2:34qag76z%5D7.what sort of fitness training do wigan athletic players do
8. is it time to call it a day for this usless excuse of a manager
***in case the link stops working as usually happens with media reports this is the last paragraph
Latics manager Roberto Martinez blamed his side’s display on their midweek exertions in the Carling Cup, saying: “We were flat. We didn’t have any energy, we didn’t look a threat, we didn’t keep the ball well.
“We all know Fulham are very strong at home with a high tempo. I just thought the game against Swansea took a lot out of us.”1 November 2010 at 2:03 pm #498908. is it time to call it a day for this usless excuse of a managerWe lost our 2nd game in like 10 or 11.. Yeah, he should be beheaded :)

from what i have read and been told we were pretty crap against swansea’s reserve team, although we wasnt that bad v bolton -but forgive me but we didnt sneak a win without me knowing in that one did we.the words “play better” dont flow off ones tongue so easily now martinez is in charge.

No I was referring to your absense when the team went unbeaten for a spell I assume it was a holiday away from this board ,who else went with you the rest of the darkside

your mate martinez is away on holiday at the moment -well he was in sunny blackpool tonight – watching 2 teams who have not spent a quarter of what he has spent between them and they showed him how to score goals and never give up despite the odds being stacked against you.
wonder if he learned anything ?
