We get 10% of their gate receipts which should include season ticket sales. I wonder how much that is.
If it’s £2 million quid then that’s only £200,000 quid. They’re on a right bargain there. Should be at least double that.10 October 2018 at 12:15 am #172356We get 10% of their gate receipts which should include season ticket sales. I wonder how much that is.

Their average attendance is around the 12000 mark, but how many of those actually pay, 6, maybe 8 thousand, of which most will be season ticket holders.
Their season tickets are even cheaper than ours, and a massive chunk of them are OAPs and kids which are virtually free.
The £200,000 you quote is probably stretching it a bit.10 October 2018 at 1:02 am #172358Wankstains with us until 2050! ha ha ha
Fear not herr Moss, the joke sport will have disappeared professionally long before 2050. Just played by keen enthusiasts desperate to keep the memories alive. Not unlike a Northern Soul shindig. Old clips being shown on some obscure channel that nobody watches except the sad old eggs who cannot believe that their beloved sport has been forgotten. Passed over by tv who would rather broadcast kabaddi and the British topiary championships.[/quote]
That’s ‘Herr Möss’ to you! ;)
10 October 2018 at 1:37 am #172359Thanks for attaching the document, really interesting read. No mention of Sharpe going forward I see. Complicated structure of set up of the company and valuations. I assume approval will be a formality
10 October 2018 at 2:00 am #172360This company leases stadiums for events so get your baseball hats on hoodies corndogs, popcorn and soda and plenty of woo woo wooing !!
for:Monster trucks,
WWE TLC UK summerslam,
Skateboard BMX X games,
Dancing On Ice Grand Final,
X Factor on tour
The Great British Bake off final
Fish’O’Mania 2019And if we’re lucky they’ll squeeze a game of football in
The next few years are going to be very interesting I just hope they don’t forget thier not just buying a stadium, thier buying a football club with a growing passionate fan base with history not many Prem clubs even have10 October 2018 at 2:26 am #172362Bit of WWE wouldnt go amiss, and if anyone knows someone who gets these mythical freebies to rugby games every week can you send em my way so I can save myself 200 and odd quid a year?
As for the actual takeover…..I’m glad they won’t be someone who throws money around because as people have said there is less chance of them spitting their dummies out if things don’t go to plan but hopefully we do have a slightly larger budget than we do now to enable us to compete at a higher level.

As for the free tickets, if RL still exist when your little’un starts school you’ll get plenty, just be patient.10 October 2018 at 3:37 am #172372Kids tickets maybe, but not adult ones as well. I used to get offered kids tickets for BOTH sides when I was at school.
Aye, WWE is my guilty pleasure I suppose.

Sorry Fil, quite right a slight mistake by yours truly.
10 October 2018 at 10:55 am #172375thier buying a football club with a growing passionate fan basegrowing passionate fanbase – Really?
Did you read the report where it says we have between 6,000 and 8,000 ST holders? That’s over half what it was a few years ago. And despite the smokescreen put out by some posters on here, a fair proportion of those are kids who have paid around £23 for the whole season.
I don’t think this group are here to chuck money around and buy us a place in the premier league like DW did.
10 October 2018 at 1:21 pm #172379those are kids who have paid around £23 for the whole season
But isn’t that the perfect definition of a growing fanbase?
Kids turn into adults and these aren’t giving allegiance to United or Liverpool.10 October 2018 at 1:44 pm #172385IEC really cant lose if the football fails then they have purchased quite a bit of land for development purposes
10 October 2018 at 1:44 pm #172386Exactly GL. The one stand we should be aiming to fill is the South.

Kids turn into adults and these aren’t giving allegiance to United or Liverpool.Couldn’t be more right gl, that’s always been our Achilles Heel. Little Johnny and Jenny may have wanted to be Latics fans especially in the Prem years but mum and dad have always supported Citeh and the scumbags or the Scouce pair. We need kids in their thousands going to be our future fanbase.
10 October 2018 at 8:08 pm #172389IEC really cant lose if the football fails then they have purchased quite a bit of land for development purposesA casino in between the canal and the duggy, sounds good.
Prams and bikes one side, giant rats and dock leaves the size of me shed roof, more like a scene from Jurassic Park.
These guys specialise in leasing stadiums for events, now it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see what thier long term intensional are going to be.
This club will be like a tightly run ship while hopefully they do the business on the pitch and go to the topLittle Mix that is
