now for give me but i was a little worse for wear when i got in after the game yesterday,but can anyone enlighten me as to what martinez had to say in his post match interview on MOD last night – i was not up early enough this morning to see the repeat.
as i recollect martinez was going on about “battling through adversity and that was the pleasing aspect of our game”forget about the ins and outs of what bad a manger he is or how bad the team are and his poor systems,whelan should employ a psychologist to assess martinez’s state of mind.
i dont understand what martinez is on about either and was sober as a judge sorry cant help.why was it the last game on anyway thought was a decent game bar the ref,he made some really strange decisions!

.the interview is on the bbc web site now -can anyone translate it for me and please explain what the fec martinez is talking about.
about 1min 10 secs into the interview he says:-“i am especialy proud of us in the second half in the manor we faced adversity and found solutions”
can anyone tell me what adversity we faced ?

i stick by what i said this morning – i fear for his mental health -he looks haunted, and is coming out with more and more rubbish every interview he gives.

I’ve always thought Martinez talks the worst sort of management/psychobabble. I too watched his MOTD interview (sober) and couldn’t work out what he was trying to say, or his reasons for saying them.
Problem is, he’s probably the same in the dressing room. God knows whether the players have any idea of whats expected of them.
