Time to shuffle the team now. Same old faces not performing living off last years heroics. If those not in the team or doing everything right and getting praise of Roberto about time he gave them a chance. He threatened to do so after the Fulham loss and didn’t so time for a few fresh faces.
Personally would give Stam a go, switch Boyce to the back three and move Fig to left wing back instead of that fat fecker. He has no way justified his place this season. If Alcaraz fit he to must come in for one of the other two, possibly Caldwell.
Maybe time for Boselli or the Jap bloke to partner Kone too.

Personally I’ve no real problem with his team selections. Criticism is to the players who, whoever is selected, can’t (a) manage to put ball in net, or (b) defend (delete as appropriate). As far as Roberto is concerned maybe his unwillingness to change the team with substitutes earlier(without giving them a ten minute talk beforhand at the 85 minute mark).
Beausejour must be one of the few wingers in the Premier League I’ve seen who seems totally incapable of beating a man. He can deliver a great ball when he has time and space but I think I’d like to see Maynor out there for a game or two.
Stam to come in at right back and Boyce to centre half would be my shout -but hey what do I know? :)

The centre of midfield is a worry now if the other Macs dead leg hasn’t cleared up.Jones or Gomez??? Both not good enough. :S

Stam has more than shown he has no place anywhere near the first team.
I bet he is one of our highest earners too!
I think teams are a bit more wise to our wing backs now rather than the latter stages of last season when they didnt seem to understand where they were coming from….
Every time Jean got the ball on the left against Liverpool they would make sure they had blocked his route down the left wing and make him play into the center.
Figueroa needs to get further up that left side so that Beausejour doesn’t have to run from the half way line before he can get near the box to put a cross in.
Shame Watson has broken his leg as he is a good option to spread the ball out wide from midfield.
Personally for me if the wing backs are not providing the quality going forward anymore its time to switch back to 4-3-3

I do know the jap blokes name but I could well have read it in the papers!
Your right the team did win at Spurs and West Ham so we should obviously never change it, they have justified there places until the end of time.
