Looks like no Burn, Byrne and no news of a left back yet. Could be interesting and could be Bruce for Burn, James for Byrne. Jacobs possibly on the right for Massey and McManaman turning out on the left. Not sure what we can do for a left back and theres no other cover for any defensive position on the bench as weve released or not offered contracts to the rest of the defenders we had.
This has the makings of another classic backs to the walls latics victory 2-1 to Latics.I don’t think players have to work together and gel as a team anymore. They must have to these days. A left back playing in position though is better than someone playing out of position. Can only be good news.
It says on Sky Sports we’ve agreed a deal for him but it doesn’t say anywhere that he’s actually put pen to paper. What time is the deadline to be able to play tomorrow?
With no Burn & possibly Bruce coming in then we’ll definitely concede.. Not optimistic about tomorrow at all.
