Will be good if your a buisnness man ._my worry is for the ordinary working man especially under tory rule who after all are the buisnnes people of the uk that only look after their own interest
I see minimum wage eventually scraped state pension age eventually raised so even more people never see it
And the common man having nobody to turn too thats why torys hated eu courts they supported the less off
if i was in my 20s id consider leaving the uk now their wont be anything but cheap slavery and work till you drop

              Why?

Britain was great before the EU and will be after it. If it was so right and easy to remain then politicians across the divides would have spoken with one voice. The fact that it went to a referendum and then ferocious debating tells us that not everything was rosy in the EU garden. Lets see what transpires over the next couple of years.

                Correct Bickymon.

Many of the current regulations protecting working’s rights and working conditions in the UK was imposed on this country by EU legislation. The labour party is already voicing its concern and asking the government for assurances that these rights will be protected and not be repealed or watered down after Brexit. For the working man the collective bargaining power across 28 member countries was one of the major benefits of being part of the EU.

Quite a few of the crap rules and regs we have in place were forced on us from the EU as well.

What crap rules and regs that specifically affect worker’s rights are you referring to?

Because you replied to my post where I was specifically referring to worker’s rights.

Well no I was referring to things in general.

I do agree with you that working rights could change for the worse but I don’t think that they would be voted through parliament and would be political suicide for the party that tries to do it.

Then again, MPs can’t see past their own noses so who knows.

What other club do you know that’s determined to penalise you if you leave; be as awkward as possible during your remaining membership, despite you having paid more than your fair share in subs; and tries to dictate what you can and can’t do or who you can and can’t speak to. Truth is, they are scared and jealous of Britain putting Great back into our title. Truth is that Germany need the EU & the Euro more than the other 27 countries because as a stand alone country with the supremely strong D Mark they would struggle to sell anything outside their own country. Truth is they failed to overcome us in two wars and their subtle plan to “pick pocket power away from the UK” has been rumbled !

                          Rule Britannia :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

The kermits regularly affected my workers rights usually by blockading the ports stopping me my company and Britain from working and costing fortunes. They also stopped me from driving through France at weekends again restraining my earning potential. I remember thinking as I was parked up for a day and half on the M20 unable to move “those little scallywags”. If they spit the dummy out when we leave the tunnel will never be open lol.

And what makes you think anything’s going to change now that we’re out. The likelihood is it will get worse.
