The latest player to join this oversubscribed club, is a Mr. A. Al Habsi
Granted, he’s not getting any younger, but as he’s being nicknamed Ali Al Dropsi, I’m pretty sure the Reading fans won’t be adopting the ‘Ali Habsi is a blue’ song any time soon.
Quite sad to see really.
He caught that in his last few months with us TBH.
He seemed to save them against Bolton the other week though with some top saves.
It’s going to take something to save Bolton. I am not sure if I would like to see them go out of existence but go into admin and lose points or even do a Pompey would take the arrogant smirks off their cocky faces.
As Standish posted we have had quite a number leave Latics and fall back but also we have done the opposite and turned many players around who had not fared well elsewhere ie Heskey who we re-vitalised, N’Zobia, Bramble and probably one or two more may even be popping over the M61 in the near future.
