Ah! An astute tip from an obviously experienced pie purchaser!
8 March 2020 at 12:32 am #185706M.O.T.M for Latics today was Lowe with another dazzling display of pace and skill.
Thought the attacking mids were outstanding as a group with great service and support for the bone idle Moore.
Williams and Sam along with the defence were awful but the wing back system that is looking better and better each week put in some brilliant crosses.
On the edge of my seat right through the game and was shocked when Cook spoiled the whole show and brought Lowe off for the hapless Garner.Personally I thought Ellie Woods was capable of Blowing the opposition away !
Lovely sit ups !8 March 2020 at 2:21 am #185713M.O.T.M for Latics today was Lowe with another dazzling display of pace and skill.

8 March 2020 at 4:03 am #185715Best part of the day. Bloody hell that was seriously an exhibition of shite layed on by Cook today.
What a let down. O.G. didn’t even turn up.
How poor was Lowe again today? Moore must have nightmares ahead of games dreaming of who Cook will play behind him. The lad is on an hiding to nothing with that attacking midfield and shocking wing backs providing no service.
Come on Clown please replace Lowe with Garner then loan Lowe out for a couple of years to Kendal Town or Great Harwood and buy him some proper bloody socks.8 March 2020 at 6:11 am #185717Mom was the litter. All over the pitch second half and never got picked upI noticed all the rubbish that was on the pitch.
Then there was all the paper that blew on too.8 March 2020 at 3:05 pm #185728Poor game but at least we didnt lose. Earlier in the season that games 2 0 luton
8 March 2020 at 3:28 pm #185729My highlight was the Bombay potato pie, nice half time treat. Really good save by their keeper at the end, other than that zzzzzzz, low quality low action but not the end of the world, Hull and Charlton continue to drop like stones
If I join the cue now[/quote]
Was you playing a game of snooker whilst at the game Edward’s? Dont you mean queue?? :)
8 March 2020 at 3:34 pm #185730From what I’m reading on both here & Facebook, I didnt really miss much. The positive IMO is that this is a kind of game we would have lost only a few weeks ago. Another clean sheet to boot are signs we are hopefully heading in the right direction. Alan Hansen used to say on MOTD that if you dont concede you dont lose games. We seemed to have tightened up since Balogun came into the side as well. A great signing it seems. If only Jacob’s had taken his chance, we would have been comfortable-ish.
But onwards & upwards & let this fine form continue onto the next game & for the rest of the season.

Haha thanks I’ve used totally different spellings in the same post!
While waiting in the half time queue you could read the Steve Davis book on his favourite snookers before getting served, or practice my spellings for school!
8 March 2020 at 7:13 pm #185733I suppose after the previous 3 games there was always the danger of “after the lord mayors show” but not too much damage done with a lot of our rivals playing each other. COYL
