No matter how Bobby tries to put some kind of positive spin on that heap of dross yesterday, he can’t seriously blame the ref and the pitch!!
Yes he can , we play out best football on a good pitch , so although we didnt play well we would have played better on a pitch more suitable to the style RM is trying to impement.
Balls. The pitch is the same for both teams (although I agree it is absolutely shot). Do Spurs not like to get the ball down too? They adapted to it better than we did.

We’ve played $h!t football pretty much all season bar a couple of freak results which is why we’re in the league position that we are so to start blaming the pitch now is a bit much
Was a poor pitch responsible for us getting beat 9-1 by Spurs, 4-0 by Pompey, 1-0 by Wolves, 5-0 (twice) by United etc..
Spurs like to try & play decent football & all their goals yesterday came from playing it along the deck so it is lame excuses on Bobby’s partwho was to blame for 1st goal then

If the red knew what Red cards were for, and the linesman knew what a straight line was…we may, just may, have had a chance.

the linesman wasnt even up with play and it was so easy to see because the thugby line was still on the pitch :roll:He must have though that Defoe was quicker than Usain Bolt and he got that far in front of the defenders with pure pace ;)

yes but if they would have allowed Evertons goal that was given offside when it wasnt it would have been 7! dont remember many people coming on here moaning about that decision though :o
