Our game shouldn’t have been on any more than any other.

13 January 2010 at 11:44 pm #18204And lo and behold Trevors mob haven’t been asked to explain anything about their postponement.
That’s a suprise isn’t it?.15 January 2010 at 12:15 am #18324Seem to remember that Blackburn had an undersoil heating “failure” a couple of years back. Coincided with them having a few players out with ‘flu or summat I think. Were they investigated?

That’s a suprise isn’t it?.it will be trevor deflecting the attention away from the cheats, showed dumpton park and the streets around it on ssn not a bit of snow tobe seen anywhere game off no mention that they didnt have 1 fit striker looks like the cheats get away with it again
15 January 2010 at 12:40 am #18328Lets be honest. The whole thing stunk of foul play.
It was a face saving exercise by the club after being told that the surrounding areas were still not suitable after banging on all week about the game being on.
Nothing wrong with the undersoil heating system.
Do we not have sheets we could have thrown over for the night? The old fashioned way?
I hope our bunch of amateurs get fined. It might give them the kick up the sh1tter they need.

Now stop that, right now. Stop pretending you’re stupid :?
15 January 2010 at 2:00 am #18334How can we be investigated for this and WHU get away with calling a game off for H&S of supporters when on the day of the game there was no snow anywhere near the ground?
Of course the fact that WHU had no strikers fit for the game may have had some bearing on the “incorrect forecast” for London.
15 January 2010 at 12:15 pm #18337The club should have some sort of back up in place for if the undersoil heating fails. Its basic practice to have a back up plan
BUT
for only Wigan to be asked to explain their cancellation when everyone has seen the farcical situation at West Ham is a disgrace & thankfully that article in the Express is insinuating as much15 January 2010 at 8:00 pm #18392Now stop that, right now. Stop pretending you’re stupid :?Ok, i take back my conspiracy theory but stand by my last 2 lines.

I mentioned the sheet thing (and emergency bales of hay) at the time. Can’t believe you would invest all that money on under-soil heating but not spend a few quid on one of those big balloony, tenty thinbgs that you blow hot air under, as a back-up.
