Is it just me that thought we played rather well in the second half and had we kept eleven players on the pitch (schoolboy stuff that, going in that rashly when on a card), we could have got something out of the game. :confusion-seeingstars:
No me also, thought we were a lot better in the second half, miffed Stevie got himself sent off and reckon we may just have got the second if he’d not.

Went in punch drunk at half time, but had kept them down to two when it could have been much worse. Then started to fight back, and as has been said if Gohouri hadn’t lost his head in a position that didn’t matter when already on a yellow, we may have got something.
Dont think it was him loosing his head, just slow getting to the ball because of match fitness…should have been taken off and replaced….but nobody could cover his position.
Typical Wigan, like under most of Martinez reign. We try plan A and it doesnt really work, go back to the cut and thrust football, high energy getting it right up em football and nearly get something out of the game.
I will support Bob and the team, but get it right up em from the kick off and see if that works !
