I admired Bruce. He saved the day and left because he wanted to manage an ambitious club. No axe to grind on that one.

However ….. he did sign Kapo, de Ridder ( both of whom he knew well) and King ( who he should have known well )Cost ? Close to £10m ? Wages must be about £50K between them. The fact we are still lumbered with the first two is criminal. He keeps coming back sniffing after the better players- surely he should have to take the others he signed as well !

I don’t like Bruce, he’s always looking for the next best thing in management and tries to steal all his old players when he leaves a club. He got us out of trouble by making us a hard team to breakdown but he put us right back in trouble when he left.

His teams battled for the cause until the last kick, more than you can say for this lot. Also played with a nice balance with Valencia and Zog.

Never been one for the long haul though.

Bought a few duds, and a few good uns as well.

Can’t blame him for coming back here for players. If he thinks he can rely on them, he’ll try and buy them them.

We only have de Ridder left, Kapo has gone.
