I went to the ticket office at about 1pm today – it was shut ! I got the tickets I needed online but surely it’s worth paying a couple of staff to keep it open the day before a game, especially when it’s a game on Sky, after coming home from my wasted journey I was almost tempted to say forget it, I’ll just watch it on TV, no doubt some people will.

Not being funny but it does clearly state on the the official website the ticket office opening times
I was already out and decided to call in, i’ve been going for 27 years so if I want to go I will get a ticket somehow, my point really is that getting tickets should be as easy as possible.
How many people might have bought a ticket yesterday, didn’t, looked out of the window today and thought sack that, I’m not bothering ?
Not everybody has a credit card.
