This is my take

Jasmi has shown funds to run the club that isn’t the issue the issue lies with the holding account and getting the budget down to rock bottom.
We’ve not enough coming to pay what’s going out. The last thing the EFL want to do is boot us out but what kills me with Jasmi is,
If this money he recently showed to the EFL is to keep the club going then why is he holding back from sticking a portion of it into a separate account for the 125% wage thing ??.
Surely making sure that’s in place is priority No1.

Make you think,,, is it actually his money money he can’t spend?

The problem we have is, if our owner suddenly up sticks and goes what happens then ?. I know there’s alot of hatred but we have to take a step back and look at the bigger picture.

Last time this happened owners jumping up and leaving the next day we had numerous assests to unload. Over a drawn out period of time from 1st team players, youth players, training ground we slowly sold to drip feed money into the club which basically kept us afloat and only by the skin of our teeth did we survive, we were literally a couple of weeks from going under.

This time if the same thing happened I reckon we’d last 2-3 weeks not months and we’ll be planning a bus ride away to watch us play Daisy Hill. Now you might not like the idea of them staying in charge but right now we fcukin well need them.

Whether we like it or not sticking with them for now is our only choice. The only out is if Jasmi puts us up for sale and pays the bills till were sold and tbh would you ??.

What the owner would be paying out in wages and running cost keeping us going till a buyer is found would cost them more than they’d probably recieve from the sale of the club so upping sticks asap would be their cheapest option thus dumping us right in it knee deep in the brown stuff.

For Jasmi,Talal,Phoenix 2021 to leave we have to have a buyer lined up ready and waiting cash in hand ready or were seriously cooked infact were burnt, cooked crispier than a pork scratching.

This time we have no assests to unload to keep us afloat till a buyer the club is found (bar one or 2 players) no Jasmi right now? no Latics so be careful what you wish for it might just come true.

I agree they are bellends but as it stands there what’s keeping us going and our heads above water, whether its right or wrong they are our only option.
It’s hard to take I know and I’m not siding with or defending them I’m just been realistic as to “what if”.

Me?, I think once the squads got rid of every last one of these big £10k+ earners and the likes of Wyke ups and leaves only then can the club survive. Our owners are making an awful mess right now but I honestly believe that if we can crawl to July 1st we might get through this mess.

Don’t forget a fair few so called “left the club” are still contracted and paid till June 30th. Once gone the wages outgoings will take a dramatic nose dive
