Theyre all our old players Paul. Doesn’t leave any of Cooks signings in there I don’t think does it?

        Spot on HORC.

        I’d also recall Callum Lang.

          Why John?

Jamie’s doing fine at the moment. If you’re going to analyse one (potential) error, and personally I thought it was a great strike, then we need to analyse those in front of him first.

I’ve always said that a mistake by a goalkeepr is remembered for ever, a mistake by a striker sticks in the memory for a while if we lose, but a mistake by a midfielder is completely forgotten.

Probably need to be four as can’t see Powell making it. Not sure I’d stick Roberts in. Could stick with Massey and play Jacobs just behind.

There isn’t really anyone to replace Powell though unless Evans played in a more attacking mid-field roll. He certainly moved forward like lightning for the first goal against Crawley.

I’d stick Roberts in from the start if Powell is out, he works hard and makes things happen, and with Grigg up front with him we might just click.

Could play anyone but it wouldnt replace Powell. Colclough for Massey ok, Grigg for Prop ok, James for Elder ok but Powell is a class above any other of the midfield.

He is probably a class above any midfielder in the league nevermind Wigan, but someone will have to come in, and Roberts would be my choice.

How about pushing Morsy into the three with Colclough and Jacobs and two of Perkins Power or Evans as the two defensive midfielders.

Why play 2 defensive midfielders at home? Could be the reason we ain’t scoring freely.

Not saying that off one incident George not rated him all season. He doesn’t come off his line and when he does he punches…badly. the goals against is looking good due to those in front of him IMO.

Fair enough. Personally I think he’s OK, and I quite like him, but we can just agree to disagree.

Oh no – hang on – this is CL. Aren’t I supposed to hurl abuse at you and tell you that you don’t have a clue? Or something like that ;)
