Your user name suggests either:
a. You are from Wigan but now live in Runcorn.
b. You are from Runcorn and live in Wigan.
c. You are from Runcorn and live in Runcorn and follow Wigan.Which is it?
10 July 2022 at 6:32 pm #196710a) correct! 10 points

Born & bred Wiganer. Started supporting the Tics from the 1978/79 season, hence the 1978 in my username. Moved to Runcorn in 2004 as that is where my wife is from.
I’m curious as to why you need to know?

I think he was hoping your answer would be C so he could justify supporting a team from a town he has absolutely no connection with.

Deffo, but like all his attempts at being smart on here it blew up in his face. Bit like the goons hopes of beating the champions yesterday

But as a mad & passionate supporter of Wigan Warriors & Sunderland, why do you frequent this forum & others for that matter that are dedicated solely to Wigan Athletic AFC?
Why?
12 July 2022 at 10:47 pm #196714Great score line, to those who went, was it worth the £15?
Most importantly. What were your thoughts mutty watching through your fingers? (You can reply while in church on Sunday if you want)

My thoughts on a pre-season kick-around against a bunch of Liverpool’s teenagers? Not much.
I’d prefer testing pre-season games against Glasgow Rangers & Roma, which may not end up in huge wins, but gives the squad an idea of what its like to be on the pitch with world-class internationals.

So is that why you never gave us a scouting report on Hyde United?
14 July 2022 at 6:52 pm #196720Irrelevant who you play in pre season. You get the same number of points whether you play Roma or Liverpool u9s.
14 July 2022 at 7:59 pm #196725Or Hyde Utd.
