Email did changed a little while ago simmpool but I changed it on the system & I’ve received email confirmation on other tickets I’ve bought online. But first time I’ve used this home printing.
17 March 2018 at 1:38 pm #167480same old script, placed order for Southampton 3 tickets fast print, 5th March all 3 people assigned to me so I resent the email and all’s I get is the conformation email no PDF, no tickets. Checked the spam/junk nothing, wtf is wrong with this pish harse system ?,

17 March 2018 at 5:01 pm #167492Yeah , I even changed my email and the conformation mail arrives and that’s it. When I send the other 2 tickets from their own accounts and they check their email address’s it’s the same, conformation arrives then no “Your Ticket” PDF.
I’ve checked all the junk/spam folders, I’ve tried other devices to check the mail even changed email address’s the lot.
When I go into manage tickets reserve or forward tickets they all say 0-0-0. When I look in account history the 3 tickets are there paid for in one go £50 and the monies well gone weeks back from my bank account. I bought them on the 5th March.
So, say you want your tickets PDF re-sending to your account how do you do it ?
In account history, if I use the RESEND button I only ever receive the conformation email and nothing else.

18 March 2018 at 1:48 am #167519I have had the same issue. Last season bought some print at home for Leeds game – emails issued with pdfs no problem but this year v Citeh and now Soton. Nothing. So contacted ticket office apparently there is an issue with Ticketmaster and a few are having these types of problems. The club printed off and posted tickets out to me and then also they seem to generate the pdfs via email as well.
Don’t know if they have now resolved completely but it does not seem as though they have.18 March 2018 at 4:23 am #167530Our home print off tickets for the WHU game in the Cup didn’t work when we scanned them at the turnstile, the operator had to click us through.

19 March 2018 at 10:09 am #167579Had to queue up for 20minutes before the game along with about 200 others half of them in the same boat, no PDF ticket arriving.
Turns out, ticketmaster have issues and they are trying to resolve it. Then the fookin ticket she printed failed at the turnstile, unreal. -
