      I just checked my account and someone in their wisdom has decided to take 60 points from my loyalty points, from ticket purchased.

      Absolutely fuming. Luckily, I screenshot my account in July and I’ve sent that in an email to the club saying they need to amend my account.

      Treating someone who’s been going 40 years like that? Absolute muppets. Can they get anything else wrong? I am disgusted with it. They don’t give a damn about the support they have, and are more worried about the support they haven’t got. Never know a club like it, tbh.

      This, along with people not having received their season tickets is piss poor amateurish.

        I’m not sure how they are doing it and I have no doubt they will be doing it wrongly, but the loyalty points are over a 2 year rolling period.

        Since this is now the 3rd season of loyalty points then points are going to come off as well as go on
