I’ve been a season ticket holder for donkeys with the same details but this season I cant login it says this email/username does not exist. It’s just a friggin pain in the backside and the last time I had to use the house phone and got charged 4 quid to call to book tickets, it took 50 minutes to get through.
I rang them and the details are correct so I asked them to change the email but that didn’t work. I remember some years ago they slightly changed the client code and added some digits, can anyone remember how they did this ? worth a pop. Is anyone else having the same issue’s booking online for tickets that require you to be a season ticket holder like say the Bolton game ?
It is a new system and there are lots of problems, mainly because of the timescale (or lack of) they were given to get the details off the old system…… quite a lot were corrupt too.
They are literally having to sort out each problem one by one as people notify them. So I would say just be patient with them and keep reminding them if they don’t do it…… I don’t envy there problem.

My client code was a four digit number and in May 2019 it was changed and they added 300 to the front making it 300XXXX.
Not sure if this will help with it being a new system, but good luck.
