You men are not real, we could/should have won against one of europe,s top teams(they play real madrid in the champions league) and you moan because we have took 4 points off them this season!

And by the same token do you believe its anything to do with tactics that we didn’t put any of the several chances away that we had today. Thought Bobby’s tactics were bang on:-
1) Moses was on his last legs again after 65 mins having put in one hell of a shift.
2) Cleverley was causing all sorts of problems cutting in from the left [remember the Gomez save]
3) He needed to freshen things up at the end and bringing on 2 forwards in Sammon and Di Santo almost did the trick [Sammon’s one on one with the keeper]
I wonder if you moan for moanings sake!!
“It looked nothing like a Spurs team who were there for the taking”, they had a superb team out today who were all battling hard to get a start on Tuesday night.
A great effort from the boys today and a point that might prove vital come the end of may.
Have to agree, i thought the game was a good un today. Martinez subbed at the right time and was proven right with some of the chances that were created after them.
Moses was getting tired and Sammon showed some neat touches and caused a threat. Gave him 25 minutes which gave the lad a chance to show a bit more.
We really restricted Spurs, thought defensively we were top notch and seem to be turning the corner in terms of overall displays recently. More positives than negatives to be taken and gives us a good base to take teams on in the last 7 matches.
Today I’ll tell you what p1ssed me off was the pillock sat behind me that did nothing but Watson bash all game, “get in the box Watson” “get forward watson” “shape your self Watson”
I thought Watson had a great game broke down almost all the spurs attacks and never stopped working his socks off, a great team player!

watson was probably the better of the midfielders today – mccarthy was not is usual self, he may have been up against some top midfielders but his decision making was poor today – cleverly looked lost until late in the game, nzogbia spent much of the game running up blind alleys and moses had one of spurs better players on the day against him but still gave it a go – my only problem with watson, is not his open play contribution it was his dead ball stuff which was dire today, that said the overall view was we can consider ourselves a little unlucky not to get a better result.
That said, i think a s h i t or bust attitude has to be taken in our remaining games, although we were steady and pretty solid for much of the game today we could have been a little more adventurous at times, which is something we will have to do sometime soon as time and games are running out.
PSKL isnt moaning for the sake of it, as suggested… he’s moaning because he hasn’t got a clue what he’s talking about. Never has had.
martinez is brilliant, i would say he has lost a lot of fans, and even if we stay up we will lose a lot more next season,[/quote]
Well, thanks for proving Griff’s theory to be wrong. Your clear, concise and well thought out post backs up your previous post and demonstrates your superior knowledge.
I take my hat off to you. I’m sure you would also take yours off, but I fear you cannot as its strap is fastened under your chin.
