He’s pathetic and needs investigating. 3 pens and a red in 2 games? And the manor of the pens were players run into goalies on purpose to conn him and do so.
This is why football especially at EFL level stinks and only gets worse the lower you go. I remember L1 well and some of the reff’ing was on par with local Sunday pub football

Have a look … it makes Prestons not only a nailed on pen but a criminal offence to boot .. this is my description of it ..you are walking down the road with another and they spot a twig/leaf/anything on your back .. and with a brisk forehand stroke remove the said object from your person .. slight contact yes .. but a pen ??
