Watched him closeley over the past 18 months having been impressed with him whilst playing for watford. He looks a cracking young prospect and plays in Zogs position to.
He was by far the star player for the U21’s the other week in the game Victor moses played in.
The team included some great youngsters like Rodwell, Sturridge and Rose, but this lad looked head and shoulders above them.

He DID say that, however in the past couple of days, I have heard that he has had a change of heart and I think us and Bolton have shown interest.
Hope he does come to us. Looks a cracker.
I’d heard that SAF said he wanted to try and “bleed [Cleverley] into the squad” this season, and that was the reason for dismissing the enquiries. But since then the lad has said that he thinks he would really benefit from getting guaranteed first team football, and SAF has been reconsidering it.
I’d love to see this guy playing for us, I watched a few of Utd’s friendlies on TV in pre-season and I remember he scored a cracking goal, looked really confident playing alongside their more established players as well.

Top quality prospect, very versatile and can bang in goals from midfield. I know a lot of Man Utd fans who want him in their first team and that’s saying something!! I was watching him in their pre season and he was excellent.
I’ll be really happy if this gets finalised. Shame we can’t get De Laet and Obertan from them too.
