Tomorrow night

After a well deserved point at the weekend, the Sjoke game is going to be the ideal pointer as to whether we have the fight to get ourselves out of trouble.

I was impressed with how we weathered the storm at Sunderland and we can expect plenty of long stuff thrown at our defence tomorrow night.

Our pitch will be tailor made for the hoofers, but I believe we are going to turn the corner sooner or later. The Notts County debacle aside, we are not a million miles away from where we ought to be. We’ve lost a couple of games by the odd goal, which on other days could have been draws. We just need the rub of the green and to start taking our chances. When we do that, I have no doubt we have the quality to string a few results together.

I can’t make it tomorrow as I was up last week for the cup game and can’t afford to go every week, but for everyone who is lucky enough to be able to go, get yourself down the DW and cheer our lads onto victory.
