22 February 2012 at 5:48 pm #81646Can’t view that link here… is it for TV? Another ritual humillation in front of a global audience?
22 February 2012 at 6:57 pm #81647It’s been moved because of TV but not so that it can be shown.
United’s game against QPR which I assume was scheduled for Easter Saturday has been moved to the Sunday for Sky, meaning Latics have had to re-arrange their game with United from the Easter Monday to later in the week
makes no mention that the Latics v United game is now on TV22 February 2012 at 7:09 pm #81648Can’t view that link here… is it for TV? Another ritual humillation in front of a global audience?Latics home game against Manchester United moved to Wednesday 11th April at 7.45pm
Wigan Athletic’s home game against Manchester United, originally scheduled for Bank Holiday Monday 9th April, will now be played on Wednesday 11th April at 7.45pm.
The game has been moved as Manchester United’s preceding game with Queens Park Rangers has been moved to Sunday 8th April for TV coverage.
Ticket details for this fixture will be published in due course.22 February 2012 at 8:09 pm #81649… from Bank Holiday Monday 9 April to Wednesday 11 Aprilwe have never beaten them on a wednesday

24 February 2012 at 8:55 pm #81696I was onto this one the other week, the Europa League Quarter finals second leg are the day before Good Friday so if United progress through their next round they will be playing that night pushing back their game against QPR to the Sunday meaning our game on the Monday would have to be moved.
They have probably put it on Tele knowing it was more than likely be played on the Sunday anyhow.
I wont waste 2 hours of my life watching it.24 February 2012 at 9:58 pm #81700Whilst on the subject of fixture changes and kick off times – Whatever possesses Uefa to think 5pm on a Wednesday in Manchester is a good idea?
