To counter City’s expansive passing game would something like this help us Just a couple of yards off the width would make the pitch seem extra small compared to the Etihad. Is it still allowed to change a pitch size from game to game? Thoughts…
I reckon the state of our midden will slow them down enough.
What’s wrong the the pitch? It’s holding up pretty well compared to previous seasons with no complaints from Bournemouth or West Ham.[/quote]let’s hope it keeps like that.fingerscrossed .
Are they built next to a river and a canal with piss poor drainage too?
There is a railway line running at the back of the pitches at Euxton and a road to the front, god help us if there was a canal there as well, they would have to play water polo instead??????

No but the pitches at Euxton get a rest for renovations from mid May to late July and don’t have two sports playing there in Sept and October then February March and April.
